CitizensHealth's mission is to make healthcare more accessible and affordable to everyone. We are focused on addressing the rising costs of healthcare that have forced many uninsured families and individuals to live with drastically limited levels of care, or, even worse, without any needed medical care and services.

CitizensHealth is a healthcare savings plan that provides members with discounts of 5-60% on healthcare expenditures such as physician visits, dental care, outpatient hospital visits, prescriptions, vision care, and other much needed healthcare services.

CitizensHealth is for anyone who wants to save on out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. It is not an insurance plan. If a member is insured, CitizensHealth can fill gaps in current coverage. If a member is uninsured, CitizensHealth offers an inexpensive way to obtain healthcare when it is needed. Members have access to a large network of nearly 350,000 healthcare professionals and over 15,000 healthcare facilities.
