Citizens Energy works with local non-profit agencies in each of the 17 states where the Oil Heat Program operates. Working together with other agencies, we hope to ensure that no one is left out in the cold.

The Citizens Energy Oil Heat Program no longer is accepting applications for the 2010 winter season. Agencies interested in participating in the Program to help assist the poor next winter should check back periodcally next fall to learn about the program's status.

Agency Application Guidelines
Each agency is required to fill out the Non-Profit Agency Application in order to be eligible for direct client enrollment within the Citizens Energy Oil Heat Program.
Before an application is processed, the applying agency must mail or fax a copy of the Non-Profit Agency’s 501c3 to Citizens Energy. After the application is processed, agencies will receive a confirmation email including their website ID and password, which allows them to begin registering and enrolling clients online. Non-Profit Agencies are required to sign up all eligible clients individually.
